- Mobile number
- Employee name and employee mobile number
- Password or account credentials provided for login

- Precise employee location during active duty tracking
- Live or periodic employee location during duty or tracking hours
- Latitude and longitude coordinates
- Route history and stop points
- Location capture time and date
- Device-reported accuracy, provider, speed, bearing, and other basic location metadata where available
Attendance and activity information
- Duty start and stop status
- Attendance date ranges and report data
- Route report summaries such as working time, stops, and total distance
- Tracking status and app health logs
- Battery percentage and upload status used for troubleshooting tracking issues
Subscription and plan information
- Plan type

How We Use Information
We use the information collected through iTrack to:
- Create and manage owner and employee accounts
- Provide live location tracking and route visibility
- Generate route reports, attendance reports, and dashboard summaries

- Manage subscriptions, plan limits, and billing-related functions

Location Tracking
iTrack includes employee location tracking features for business attendance, route history, live tracking, and field work monitoring purposes.
Location tracking starts only after the employee taps Start Duty in the app. Location tracking stops when the employee taps Stop Duty, logs out, becomes inactive, or when the configured duty time ends.
iTrack does not collect employee location when duty tracking is OFF.
Location data may include:
- Precise latitude and longitude
- Live or periodic employee location during active duty
- Route history and stop points
- Location date and time
- Device-reported accuracy, provider, speed, bearing, and related location metadata where available
Location data is used for:
- Displaying live or recent employee route activity
- Preparing route reports and attendance reports
- Showing map-based tracking information to authorized business users
- Supporting field work monitoring during duty hours
- Troubleshooting tracking issues and service reliability
Employee location data is visible to the registered organization owner/admin inside the iTrack app for attendance, live tracking, route history, and work monitoring.
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Employee location, duty, attendance, and route information may be visible to authorized users inside the same registered business account, such as the organization owner/admin.
We may share information only in limited situations such as:
- With authorized account users inside the same business account
- With payment service providers for subscription processing
- With hosting, technical, or infrastructure providers who support app operations
- When required by law, legal process, or government request
- To protect our rights, users, systems, or service security
Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
- Account-based access controls are used within the app
- Data is stored on secured servers and backend systems used by our service
- Only authorized users should access their business account information
However, no system can guarantee complete security, and users should also protect their account credentials and devices.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on account status, subscription history, support needs, and operational requirements.
User Choices
Depending on account type and role, users may be able to:
- Update certain account information
- Manage employee records
- Start or stop duty status from the app
- Turn duty tracking OFF by tapping Stop Duty
- Contact us for account support, correction requests, or data-related requests
Staff users can stop active tracking by tapping Stop Duty in the app. Location tracking is not intended to run when duty tracking is OFF.
Some information, such as mobile number, payment references, tracking logs, location history, or internal business records, may not be directly editable inside the app.
Children’s Privacy
iTrack is intended for business and workplace use and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we may revise the effective date on this page. Continued use of the app after updates means acceptance of the revised policy.
